2. Services Provided

Our services are educational: tutoring, exam preparation, study resources, research guidance, and feedback on your own writing. You are responsible for completing assessed work and following the academic-integrity rules of your institution.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or credit/debit card processors
Refunds are available if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe
Free revisions are included with all writing and tutoring services
Disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery

4. Confidentiality

We handle information as described in our privacy policy and share necessary details with service providers where needed to operate the service. Do not submit confidential third-party information without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Learning materials are supplied for your personal educational use unless a different license is stated. Do not redistribute, resell, or present another person's work as your own. Third-party names and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tutoring supports understanding; it does not guarantee a score, admission, qualification, or examination result. Schools and testing bodies make their own decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
